The Executive Story
As the Greater Malé region expanded its commercial footprint, the demand for a massive, high-performance logistics hub reached a critical peak. We answered the call by engineering and delivering the Hulhumalé Automated Logistics & Heavy Cargo Warehouse—a 200,000-square-foot clear-span industrial marvel designed to optimize trade, imports, and regional distribution.
Built to master the aggressive coastal environment, our industrial construction team utilized corrosion-resistant galvanized steel portal frames, insulated composite wall cladding, and high-load-bearing fiber-reinforced concrete flooring. Inside, the facility is a masterpiece of smart engineering, featuring high-bay narrow-aisle racking, automated guided vehicle (AGV) pathways, specialized cold-chain preservation compartments, and smart inventory management systems. Powered entirely by an integrated solar roofing array, the warehouse merges massive heavy-cargo capacity with next-generation automation.
This final completed project solidifies our absolute dominance across every tier of construction—proving our capability to build everything from elite luxury resorts to heavy industrial supply chain giants.
